Kelly Janes
OwlX Collective Founder and CEO, Kelly "KJ" Janes, has a 20(+) year history working in the IT space. From Help Desk Analyst to CEO, Kelly has worked in corporate, educational, creative, and small business environments in positions that include: Online Specialist, Project Manager, Computer Trainer, Desktop Analyst, and Budget Supervisor. She has focused her career on delivering innovative, smart, and creative solutions for her clients.
After 10 years living in New York City, KJ currently resides in Portland, OR with her family and dog, Annabelle.
Andrew Zaeh
Andrew Zaeh
Before joining OwlX, Andrew helmed the visual branding for artists including Jay-Z, Bruno Mars, Janelle Monáe, Shawn Mendes and Nick Jonas. Andrew is an accomplished photographer and VMA-nominated director who has had the pleasure of lensing campaigns for American Express, AT&T, Revlon, Johnson & Johnson, WW and Pfizer and has directed music videos featuring Fall Out Boy, Elton John & Courtney Love.
A proud member the LGBTQIA community, Andrew is happiest forging great relationships with his clients and brands while creating authentic imagery and a streamlined user experience in the process. Andrew splits his time between Brooklyn and the Jersey Shore with his husband and cockatiel named Goose.

Tori Fees
Tori is a valued member of the OwlX Collective team, taking on the roles of Project Manager and Administrator. She thrives on bringing ideas to life, whether it's through meticulous project planning or ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Outside of work, Tori is a passionate chef who enjoys cooking meals that bring people closer together. She's also an outdoor enthusiast, often exploring new horizons with her loyal Pomeranian companion, Button Panini.

Alberto is a creative with more than 16 years of experience, primarily concentrating on branding, identity creation, graphic design, motion graphics, products, and campaigns.
Throughout his career, which has encompassed both entertainment and data-driven industries, Alberto has remained a deeply involved designer, actively participating in every project phase and meticulously attending to the details.
From Alberto's perspective, every element a consumer encounters about a brand contributes to the storytelling process. This includes aspects such as design, content, emails, and even the shopping bags they may carry out of a store. Consequently, he strives to incorporate this storytelling aspect into every project he takes on.
Chris Collins
Chris Collins
Building his own computers before he could drive, Chris has always had a strong passion for IT. Discovering the flexibility and power of web development, Chris’s career path inevitably brought him to WordPress, and he has been helping people bring ideas and dreams into the real world ever since.
Previously, Chris held the position of country manager for a multi-national logistics company in Taiwan, allowing him to become fluent in not only PHP and Javascript, but also Mandarin Chinese. His experience in the complex and dynamic world of international logistics helped him build strong processes as a developer, and dedication to keeping things organized and on track -- moving projects forward toward success. Chris is based in Portland, Oregon, with his Miniature Schnauzer, Onion.

With an innate curiosity for understanding how things operate, Teddi naturally gravitated toward a career in programming. His journey began with basic static webpages in high school, but it was the dynamic world of PHP that truly captivated him, transforming his hobby into a lifelong pursuit. Starting as a freelancer for local churches and friends, Teddi swiftly honed his skills not only in PHP but also in JavaScript, C#, C++, Python, and a myriad of other languages.
This diverse expertise enabled him to specialize in crafting bespoke data systems. Now, with two decades of industry experience under his belt, Teddi's passion remains as fervent as day one. Hailing from Houston, Texas, he continues to devote his free time to disassembling and unraveling the inner workings of the world around him.
Jake Garver
Jake Garver
Jake Garver is an award-winning graphic designer, web developer, illustrator, and project manager based in New York City. His experience draws from many sources and covers a wide range of creative specialties, including illustration, design of print and collateral material, creation of logos and brand identities, and the development of comprehensive responsive websites.
Jake’s experience includes the design, construction, and implementation of over 100 websites, the design and production of ad campaigns for local, national, and international clients, the development of logos and corporate identity projects, product packaging, point-of-purchase and trade show displays, and marketing and collateral materials.
