Diversity and inclusion set the foundation for all our values

People are Owl X Co’s most valuable asset. Each individual we work with brings their own unique experience, knowledge, inventiveness, self-expression, and talent. These unique attributes become a significant part of not only our culture, but also our reputation.

Diversity

At Owl X Co we embrace diversity and refuse to discriminate against any person or group. We appreciate what we can learn from differences in age, color, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, language, national origin, political affiliation, religious views, military history, socio-economic standing, physical/mental abilities, and marital/family status. Owl X Co is, at its heart, a collective made up of many individuals. We celebrate our varied characteristics and how these contribute to the uniqueness, quality, and strength of our team.

Fairness

Owl X Co’s diversity initiatives guide our processes, policies, and behaviors in all situations. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Professional development and promotions
  • Disciplinary actions and terminations
  • Social and recreational programs
A positive work environment must be built on diversity and equity. To that end, we encourage and expect:
  • Respectful communication and cooperation between everyone on our team
  • Representation of diverse groups and perspectives in all interactions and activities
  • Flexible scheduling that allows a healthy work/life balance and accommodates each individual’s unique needs
  • Employer and employee contributions to the communities we serve, thereby promoting diversity in the world beyond our workspaces

Policy

Owl X Co employees and contractors are to treat others with dignity and respect at all times. This means inclusion during work hours and at work functions, and further extends to events the company participates in or sponsors. All employees must complete annual diversity awareness training to enhance their knowledge about this important responsibility. Employees who experience any mistreatment, discrimination, or other behavior that conflicts with the company’s diversity policy should seek assistance from a supervisor or HR representative. Any employee found to have exhibited inappropriate conduct against others may be subject to disciplinary action.
